Cancellation fee, refund & conditions

• 30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes after confirmation and payment prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• 70% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes on within 7 days prior to arrival date or No show.

• You will be redirected to the OnePay page, a secure payment gateway operated by Vietcombank. Payments will be processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). If your payment is in USD, it will be automatically converted to VND using the Vietcombank USD Selling Rate on the day of payment
